Final cleaning fee is €150, due on arrival. €350 per week due on arrival; this fee includes linens (pool towels included; linens changed midweek), utilities (including air-conditioning or heat), maid service 2 hrs/day Mon-Sat, unlimited high-speed wireless internet access, pool and garden maintenance, welcome dinner on arrival night, basic grocery shopping. VOIP telephone (inexpensive internet system that uses a regular telephone) is available and is metered. Crib is available for €100/wk.

$2,500 payable in advance by check to Doorways and refunded a month after your stay; €600 due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.

Children 1-7 yrs not accepted for safety reasons. Non-smoking property.
