This 140-acre estate is an oasis for wildlife and wildflowers.

From the minute you arrive, you will feel relaxed and pampered. The on-site property manager can arrange a helicopter to meet you at the airport, or a private car and driver. He will show you around the house and pool and give you time to settle in as dinner is prepared and served by candlelight when you are ready. A chef is on hand with menu suggestions each day, or he will turn the kitchen over to you if you want to cook for yourself.

Vista dal Colle is surrounded by beautiful gardens, with views from all sides. A large swimming pool (15 x 17 meters) is at one end of the garden. A former chapel on the grounds can be used for weddings, meetings, or events.

This 560 square meter villa (6,027 sq ft) is built on two floors:

Ground floor:

• Spacious sitting room with antique fireplace, luxurious sofas and armchairs
• Dining room set with elegant tablecloths, silver cutlery, crystal glasses
• Guest bathroom
• Full service professional kitchen
• 1 double bedroom, en suite bathroom (handicap accessible)

Second floor:

• 2 large suites with king-sized beds, en suite bathrooms
• 2 junior suites with two twin beds, en suite bathrooms

All of the bathrooms have bathtubs and separate stall showers.

Amenities: air conditioning throughout, telephone lines in each bedroom and bathroom as well as in the living room and at the pool, satellite TV (plasma), wireless internet access, guest safes, hair dryers, different types of pillows for your comfort, cashmere bedspreads, toiletries, bathrobes.
