Linens, utilities, maid service 3 hrs/day except Sunday, laundry service (extra charge for ironing), garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning. Prices also include welcome reception, bathroom toiletries, use of house computer with internet access, refrigerator stocked with basics (milk, coffee, eggs, melon, cheese, juice), porter service for luggage on request.

Phone is metered. Laundry service is included; ironing is extra. Chef services available on request for an additional fee.

$1,500 payable by check to Doorways and returned a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees

Non-smoking property; 10-15% discount for monthly rentals, depending on the months. Children under four years are not permitted unless they are well-supervised.
