The location is unbeatable! This charming waterfront apartment is located on the Place du Conseil, a quaint little square with a small lion fountain and a bench for relaxing and people-watching. Neighbors gather in the morning to enjoy fresh spring water from the lion’s mouth and to exchange greetings. It’s a short walk along a pleasant lane to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants, or to the bus stop or train station.
Decorated with an eclectic flair that is international and traditional provençal, the apartment changes character as the light shifts. In the morning, sparkling daylight fills the living and dining room, pouring in through three French doors that open to a balcony with sweeping views of the bay, the beach and Cap Ferrat in the distance. After dark, lights dance on the water, boats bob gently, and the sound of the sea lapping the shore creates a mood that is soothing and romantic.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with lovely white linens, night stands and reading lights on both sides, original art, plenty of closet space, and a lovely view of one of the most charming squares in the old town.
The cozy sleeping loft has a double bed, reading lights on both sides, a closet and desk area. Headroom is limited, but you can stand in the center.
The bathroom window overlooks the same square as the bedroom and has a shower/tub combination, toilet, bidet, sink, vanity and plenty of storage and counter space. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom, in a separate closet.

There's no need for a car. You can walk to the beach or to dozens of cafés where you can linger over lunch. Rent a car for a day or two, if you like; or better yet, take the train, with a birds' eye view of the coast as you travel to St-Tropez and Monaco or across the border into Italy. Stop wherever you like for a coffee or an ice cream and explore one lovely town after another. But be sure to allow time to get to know the rhythms of village life in your French hometown.
Sur le Port is located in the same building as La Fontaine. The two apartments can be combined for larger groups, and are perfect for two couples who want to enjoy privacy as well as each other’s company.
