This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area below Eze Village, on the Côte d'Azur, one of the most beautiful locations on the French Riviera, between Nice and Monte Carlo. The villa sits high above the sea, facing south, with a 180° view of the Mediterranean and surrounding coastal cliffs. The beach is just a five-minute walk and is accessed by way of a one-way street. A train station is also within walking distance, making it possible to stay here without a car. With over 1,200 square meters surrounded by tropical vegetation and fragrant orange and pine trees, Villa Panoramique is an ideal vacation environment, peaceful and relaxing.

This single-story Mediterranean villa was constructed in 1955 and completely renovated in 2005. The south-facing terraces overlook the garden, with a panoramic view of sea and mountains, and are furnished for relaxing or dining alfresco. A garage is attached to the house, and there is parking for three additional cars outside on a private road.

The villa is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Exposed beamed ceilings and tile floors maintain its Provençal roots.
